Back Yard/Deck/Pavilion
The back yard in enclosed by six foot aluminium fencing (2016) in the immediate back yard and six foot black chain link (1990) along the woods and back property line. In 2018, the original concrete deck was removed. The swimming pool was disassembled down to the steel walls. New skimmers, 2" lines, returns, stairs, liner and filter equipment were installed. The landscaping company then return to build a two level deck of Cambridge pavers, two walkways and a natural gas fire pit. The pavers have been resealed periodically, most recently in July of 2024. The Pavilion (1990) has lighting, a wireless access point, Ethernet and cable TV wiring. Landscape lighting extends around the pool and into the woods. Note that the pool, installed by the original owner, is unusual in that it is a consistent 4.5 feet deep--deeper than most, but no deep end. No diving, but great for net games as both teams have equal depth.
The back lawn (and all lawns) are covered by a 16 zone smart sprinkler controller. There are three hose bibs on the outside of the house, as well as three along the back yard fence and one more at the lower "bee" barn.
