Basement: The Gym and Sauna
In the rear corner of the basement's main area is the gym and sauna. The gym and workshop make up the rear of the full basement. The floor of the gym area was lowered when the basement was finished to accommodate taller workout equipment, which also defines the space. The TV functions as both the TV (cable and over-the-air) and the monitor for the original analog security camera system. That original system and the TV will be included. Drops to backyard security cameras also come back into the house in this area and then relayed to that newer security system (not included).
