Main Floor
The main floor is a classic Center Hall Colonial with Living Room left, Dining Room right as you enter the front door. To the rear is the Den (left), Eat In Kitchen (right) and Mud/Laundry Room (far right), with exits to garage and rear yard. Kitchen countertops, large sink and backsplashs were replaced in 2020. The Living and Dining Rooms are hardwood parquet floors (1987). The Den is luxury vinyl flooring (Floret Moden Arlo Signature with 40 mil wear layer, installed 2020). The balance of the main floor is ceramic tile, installed by the original owner. It wears like iron, hides dirt and cleans up easily from people coming and going from the pool. Front windows are original, with glass replaced with insulated glass over the years. Rear windows (main floor) were all replaced in 2019 with Andersen High Performance SmartSun Low-E4 windows. Crown molding runs throughout the main and second floors.
