Basement: The Workshop

To the rear of the main area of the basement is a large workshop. It features:

• Linoleum flooring
• Plenty of pegboard & shelving space
• Large workbench with formicia top and three large storage cabinets
• Closet with Viessmann Combi on demand hot water heater/hot water furnace
• Acoustic ceiling tiles that are removable to access most of the plumbing and cabling
• Abundance of outlets for the workbench and (on a separate circuit) shop tools

The pegboards, shelving and workbench will stay. Shop tools, hand tools and other personal property not included.
