Gardens

While you don't have to be a gardener to purchase this home, if you are one you will certainly have plenty of areas to plant. The main garden on the south side of the house is curently one-third perenials and two thirds annuals. There are three hose bibs attached to the inground sprinkler system (three separate zones) that can be used with regular sprinklers or drip irrigation to water sections of this garden. Of course this area could be used for a playground or pet containment area.

Besides the three zones in the previous sentence, four other zones of the 16 zone system are drip irrigation for some of the beds around the house. Flower beds are also around the pool, on the north end of the fenced back yard, front beds, mailbox garden and what we call "Daffodil Hill." Daffodil Hill is outside the north backyard fence. An area between that fence and Daffodil Hill is a long level area that features a horse shoe pit--also an ideal area for a game of corn hole.
